From the brand new student looking to explore yoga and fitness, to the seasoned yogi who wants to fine tune and grow their existing practice, we offer something for everyone seven days a week.
Take a moment to look around our schedule and class descriptions, and if you don’t know where to start, contact us and we’ll be happy to point you in the right direction. We offer many different styles of yoga classes such as Vinyasa, Gentle, Yin, Restorative and Ashtanga inspired Yoga. Sign-up is optional for yoga, although classes can fill up. Private yoga sessions are with Debbie Yarbrough and are available by appointment only. Please call the studio to schedule a session or for more information.
