What does YOGA mean to you…..
I recently read this on a Face Book post by “Eat Breathe Thrive”, and in the last 8 years , Yoga has meant something different to me along the way. At first it was simply a physical practice, but it has evolved and moved into deeper levels of my spirit when I felt like I had nothing else.
Today, at this point in my life, this sums it up for me....
"Yoga is one of the only times during the day where I'm completely attuned to the present moment. I move with power, dynamism, strength, and intention -- I allow my body to lead and flow naturally, gracefully. Every time I step onto my mat, I practice the more important grace of loving and accepting. I rest at the end peacefully and a bit more whole than when I arrived." ~from: More To Love with Rachel
I am forever grateful for my breath, and my strength to do my best, one step at a time.
