Join Debbie for this workshop to help you re-connect to, or start your yoga practice. The seasons are beginning to change and so are our minds and bodies, and even though our temperatures don’t feel like Fall here in Florida, our natural instinct is to slow down, cool off, and rejuvenate ourselves. It’s pretty common when first jumping back into or starting a practice to feel very lost, confused, and maybe even a little intimidated, but sometimes making that first step is all you need to Fall back into a groove.

This workshop is for EVERY BODY and all levels, including beginners!

In this 3 Hour workshop we will realign and reconnect mind, body and spirit:

- We will talk about breath practice (Pranayama) and the importance of it on and off of our mat.

- We will break down the most basic fundamental standing poses (Asanas) and work on fine tuning our alignment using modifications/props when needed.

- This will also be a Q&A type session so that YOU can ask about the poses and how we can make it right for YOUR body.

- We will conclude our day with a mindful practice and use the knowledge we just learned by moving and connecting with our breath in an all levels Flow, focusing on poses to ground us and achieve an overall state of well being. 


You will leave feeling rejuvenated, relaxed, and re-connected to your SELF and to your practice.
