Yoga is a deeply personal process and Lotus Yoga & Fitness provides a welcoming environment for people of all ages and abilities to discover a practice that is meaningful to them. Yoga is for every BODY at Lotus Yoga & Fitness. Our classes are geared toward improving mental as well as physical well-being.  Mindfulness, breath, range of motion, flexibility, postures and strength are important components to each of our classes. We offer many different styles of yoga such as Vinyasa Flow, Gentle Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yin yoga, and Ashtanga inspired classes suitable for all levels.

Our mission is to provide a serene, safe, and welcoming space where students can explore and develop their very own personal yoga journey and self transformation. A consistent yoga practice will leave students feeling rejuvenated and inspired; opening the doors to positive transformation; ultimately creating a calm and peaceful mind, an open and compassionate heart, and a strong feeling of self acceptance. At Lotus Yoga & Fitness, our skilled teachers are encouraged to bring their own teaching style, and voice, allowing for a unique yoga experience every time.
